I had a wonderful stay at Broadway Shanghai Hotel! From the moment we checked in, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly receptionist, and the housekeeping staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect—surrounded by charming, unique restaurants and cozy cafés, making everything super convenient. I didn’t expect much at first, but was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful complimentary services, including a lovely teatime and even a photo shooting package. The special photo shoot was such a memorable experience—the professional photographer always recommended we head to The Bund for the best shots, and it truly made the experience magical. It was a great way to take in the beauty of Shanghai while capturing unforgettable moments with my two little ones. These little touches made our stay extra special.
